Motherhood so white: A memoir of race, gender, and parenting in America by Nefertit Austing

This book is an open eye about adoption. It is getting her prepared for motherhood. She adopted a little boy always told she would not be able to raise a boy. She was not raised by her own parents.

She had to read and learn. She didn’t have to much resource to get prepared.

She is on her journey of motherhood. This will help people who wants to adopt and some steps. It’s not as easy as people think she could not find the right book so she wrote it herself.

This is just the truth of her journey
