Bar Vegan
March Brunch we went to Bar Vegan in Atlanta. Not really a vegan eater so it was something different for me. The place was really nice in the inside. Not much of a choice on the menu so I tried the cheese steak. I think everyone should at least try vegan if they want to be healthy and eat good. It’s a stepping stone.
Let’s go to the next thing lets talk customer service. It’s a group of us 8 to 10 of us so they say we can make the bill to 4 tickets. We are thinking ok cool. 30 min pass still no bill they trying to figure out how to break it into 4 so then they say we can break it up in 2. We like ok cool we just want to get out of there still another 30 min hold up. We like what is the issue. We finally get it taking care of.
Through all that time of waiting do the customer service run off not eating at a great place that we trying to support. I believe Customer Service go a long way 1st impression should be your best impression. Things happen all the time I understand that. How much time do you give before you like hey we got to go. I had to also extend my parking fee just for the bill? Should we have got a discount?
