Louie Anderson
By: Cece Hymes

Louie Anderson was a stand-up comedian, actor, author and game show host. Louie created the cartoon series Life with Louie and the television sitcom The Louie show. He wrote four books and was the fourth host of the game show Family Feud. I remember when Louie Anderson was on Coming to America. Here are some films he was on:
· Coming to America
· Pop Star Puppy
· Cook Off
· Ratboy
· Back By Midnight

He always seemed happy and encouraged others. He was a funny guy. He inspired so many people all over the world, especially comedians. He was inspired to twirl like Christine Baskets and create art. He has four books out. Have you checked them out? Louie Anderson received three consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy series. Here are my favorite quotes by him:
· “I would trade everything I have to have had a happier childhood”
· “I have a very warm spot in my heart for Vegas”
· “I can’t stay long; I’m in between meals”
· “I think I have always tried to connect my comedy to my art”

It was so sad when he passed away, but he left a mark on the world. I love reading so I got to check out one of his books. What was one of the most memorable moments you’ve had with Louie Anderson? Which film was your favorite? Make sure to follow me @Cece.Atl
