Thinking about the what if……
What if the world wasn’t so cruel
What if there was no racism
What if we all work together
Hmmmm…….the what if as I daydream

I happen to look over at the ocean
So peaceful, so beautiful
I feel myself daydreaming
Thinking what if he was mine
What if hearts wasnt broken
What if love was true
What if he is my soulmate
Hmmmmmmm……as I daydream what if…….

Looking up at the sky
The stars are bright
I see the shooting one
Time to make a wish
Deep in thought as I daydream
What if my wish came true
What if I can have it all
What if daydreams came to reality
Just thinking of life……

What if……….

When you look into the sky
What do you see
How creative minds and daydreams actually be
I picture you between the sheets
Thinking what if those sheets was me

What if those sheets was soft as can be
Is that how you feel when you picture me
What if the fabric was silk and smooth
Do you think that my skin can feel like that when you in the mood

As I daydream about you
Do you think it will come true
What if they did
Could these sheets actually be you

What if it was
Can you imagine you and me
Between these silky sheets
What if this daydream
Was as real as you and me
