At various summits and speeches, Pooch passionately discusses mental health—a crucial topic that needs more attention. We all have our tough days, and his openness about mental health is both refreshing and necessary.

His dedication and passion are truly a blessing, and he deserves all the recognition.
So today, I’m giving Lamman his roses and encouraging him to continue being a blessing to the world. He inspires others, and that’s a beautiful thing. I had the fantastic opportunity to meet Tyler Chronicles in Atlanta when I went to support one of his comedy shows at City Winery, and it was an absolute blast! Tyler is a multi-talented writer, actor, and comedian. He’s written for the Social Media Awards, BET Hip Hop Awards, Love & Hip Hop, Wild ‘N Out, and more.
I’ve been following him for a while and admire his relentless drive and willingness to try new things. He’s always all smiles when you see him, spreading joy and laughter to everyone he encounters. His close bond with his mom, and the love he shows her, is incredibly heartwarming and speaks volumes about his character.
Tyler also provides a platform for other comedians, helping them shine and grow. Today, I want to give him his flowers and let him know how much he inspires people, including myself. Tyler, you are awesome—never change and keep doing what you do!

Day 2 is all about the multi-talented Common, a rapper and actor who embodies positivity and community spirit. I had the chance to meet him twice—once in Jamaica and once in Atlanta. In Jamaica, I even got to meet his band, who were really cool. Although Common was running late, he made sure we got our picture together, which I’m so thankful for (even if I wasn’t thrilled with the face I made—I’m not a picture person, lol).
I also supported him at a book signing for his memoir “Let Love Have the Last Word,” which is an inspiring read. He has another book, “And Then We Rise,” which I haven’t read yet but it’s on my list—I love reading! Today, I want to give Common his roses for all the positive work he’s done in the community.
Common started a nonprofit organization focused on mentoring, arts programs, and service projects to help underprivileged young people. He has partnered with others to raise scholarship money for students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and has worked closely with the prison community. These are just a few of the many amazing things he’s done.
When I met him both times, he was very nice and positive. Make sure to check out his books—both of them! Also, if you haven’t seen the movie “Just Wright,” starring Common, it’s a great film. And don’t miss his song “Love of My Life” with Erykah Badu—it’s a fantastic track.
