  • Holiday Spirit

This month, I want to share some of the meaningful work I’ve been doing in the community. One of the most rewarding experiences has been teaming up with R.A.L.E.Y., a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference during the holiday season. Each year, we have the privilege of providing Christmas gifts to families in need, and we typically reach 60 or more families. It’s truly a blessing to be part of something that brings so much joy and hope to others.

There’s something magical about seeing the smiles on the faces of those we help—knowing that, even in a small way, we’ve made their holiday season a little brighter. The opportunity to give back, especially during such a special time of year, fills me with gratitude and purpose.

I’m excited for another year of partnering with R.A.L.E.Y., and I’m looking forward to spreading even more blessings this holiday season. It’s not just about the gifts; it’s about the connection, the love, and the spirit of giving that makes this time so special. Here’s to another season of making a difference, one family at a time.

  • Trust Yourself

    Trust Yourself

Listen to the advice of others, but also trust yourself.  Your intuition is your inner compass: it will point you in the right direction. Surrender to what your heart knows, even when others disagree. Your instincts are usually accurate when you nurture them.

  • The Rejection Myth

    The Rejection Myth

Rejection is simply someone’s opinion. Do not allow it to mean anything more than that.

  • Daily affirmation

Instead of criticizing who you arent, what if you spend time focusing on what makes you extraordinary?

Write a list to yourself of 25 qualities or physical traits that you absolutely love about yourself .

  • Overcoming Procrastination

    Overcoming Procrastination

    By: Cece Hymes

When I look at this title and think about procrastination, that is something that I do a lot that I am trying to get out of. Procrastinating means putting off doing something. We all do it. It can be something simple and we will be like I will do it tomorrow. Some of the steps of overcoming procrastination:

    ·         Break Tasks into Manageable Steps

    ·         Commit to a Tiny First Step

    ·         Make it Easier to Decide

    ·         Make Tasks More Enjoyable

    ·         Just Do It

I learned to make an agenda and cross it off to make sure to complete everything on the list for that day. I must stay on task and overcome procrastinating so that my work will not be behind.

I want you to overcome procrastinating. So, whatever it is you need to do or want to do just do it. Today is the day to get up and do it. Take that Leap of faith. No more procrastinating and just plan and deliver.

How do you overcome your procrastination?

  • How to keep a positive mindset

How to keep a positive mindset

Let’s first talk about what positive thinking is.  Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst.

For me I try to keep a Positive mindset. If I think positively that means positive things are going to happen. It makes me happier, more cheerful and loving. I try my hardest to keep that energy and to share that energy with others. Here are some ways to keep a positive mindset.

    1.       Focus on the good things

    2.       Keep a gratitude Journal

    3.       Open yourself to humor

    4.       Practice positive self-talk

    5.       Smiling and being kind

Let’s try to stay positive and share it with others. Positive and happy. Let me know how you keep a positive mindset.

  • Have The Courage To Ask

    Have The Courage To Ask

You won’t get what you don’t ask for, but you might get what you do. So ask. Just ask.

  • Limiting Beliefs

    Limiting Beliefs

The only limitations that you have are the ones that you’ve imposed on yourself

  • You are as ready as you’ll ever be

You are as ready as you’ll ever be

Go for it. Do the thing you’ve been dreaming of, thinking about, or pinning over. Follow your intuition and not your fears. Stop talking yourself out of whatever you’ve been hoping for. You are as ready as you’ll ever be, and procrastinating won’t make you more ready later. Make the leap- Now

  • Create Circumstances

    Create Circumstances

You will fall- yes you will. But get up. Each time, get back up. Look for circumstances that align with the life you want to live. If you can’t find them, create them. There is no one better suited to construct your dreams than you.

    Get to it.
