A. I’m a woman, mother, an entrepreneur, someone that is always striving to better herself from the day before. I take each day one day at a time and I strive toward greatness every day.
Q. How do you balance all your endeavors?
A. Have a lot on my plate, I just make time, my children always come first but aside from that I continue to work on my projects, because all that I do is ultimately to strengthen my legacy for them. I’m not perfect, but I am proud of the woman that I am today.
Q. What are some of your other hobbies?
A. I’m a passport stamper. I love to travel. Wanderlust has given me a new perspective and introduced me to so many different cultures. I also like to dance and decorate.
A. I was born and raised in Johnston Rhode Island and spent most of my childhood playing sports, 4-wheeling and jet skiing. I have a funny personality and definitely have a lot of energy. This past year I became cheer captain for my school. My fashion brand House of Barrett had the 2nd brand launch which was the most successful at New York Fashion Week. I even had my first billboard in Time Square.
Q. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
A. I see myself attending college and still continuing to create brands.
Q. Tell us about the book you have coming out this year called “Teens Guide To Business”?
A. As I was building my business there were so many don’ts and do overs. There were things I just didn’t know so I really wanted to share these tips from a teens point of view. A checklist on how to get started on how you can test marketing a product before you release it. I tried to cover it all.
Q. It is an honor to interview you, tell everyone who Devyn is?
A. My name is Devyn but I go by Dev, I’m 16 and I’m from Texas. I started TikTok around this past early summer and I’ve had a passion for doing social media ever since.
Q. Tell us about your Fashion and Style?
A. I love dressing cute but also keeping it comfortable. I like the combination of tight crop tops and loose baggy boyfriend jeans of some cute sweats, Definitely would be my go to
Q. What is one of the best challenges you did on YouTube or TikTok?
A. My sister and I recently made up our own dance challenge on TikTok and it’s exciting to see other creators hop on like a trend that was really hard to come up with out super fun at the same time.

A. Lynn Spirit is a free-spirited individual who tries to keep my audience smiling and entertained!

A. My style is VERY different! I love an edgy chick look! My stylist loves to dress me in edgy contemporary looks! I love difference liking pieces that you don’t see everywhere!
Q. Tell us who or what inspired you to become who you are today?
A. My past, family and my fans inspired me to be the person I am today! Every one of these individuals have some sort of input in who I am today!
A. Shantel is a free, creative spirit. I am an entrepreneur with a successful nail business and a passion for advocacy for people with disabilities. I believe that we all deserve to see the representation we desire so I decided to become that representation.
Q. Tell us about Shantelz Nails?
A. Shantelz Nails is my first business that I am very proud of. I provide quality and professional nail services to both men and women. I always knew I was made to own something of my own and I am thankful for the opportunity to do so before the age of 30.
Q. What are some of your greatest accomplishments in life?
A. Aside from obtaining my MBA in 2018 my biggest accomplishment to date would have to be winning the title of Ms. Wheelchair Alabama America 2020. It was an experience I never imagined.

A. My journey is to continue the work that I have started to promote inclusion in the entertainment and beauty industries for other individuals with disabilities.

Q. Tell is who Rashida Brown is lifestyle. It was also founded with the purpose of building confidence in girls.
A. Rashida Brown is a fashion visionary with a unique approach to her craft that has endeared to fashion enthusiasts. Growing up, she had a flair for fashion but aspired to be a fashion stylist. Rashida has worked professionally in the fashion industry for four years and designing for two years and is the founder of the JaPera Brown Collection, a clothing line which brings timeless designs to contemporary lifestyle. It was also founded with the purpose of building confidence in girls and women.
Q. Tell us about your company “The JaPera Brown Collection”?
A. The JaPera Brown Collection is a clothing brand catered to girls and women of all sizes and nationalities. Our mission is to build confidence in girls and women by providing products that inspire, educate, uplift and push them into the true beauty that only lies within.
Q. What is one of your greatest accomplishments in life?
A. One of the greatest accomplishments in life is graduating high school and receiving my associate degree directly after, now my bachelor’s degree directly after, now my bachelor’s degree is currently in progress.
Q. What are some of your other hobbies?
A. I love, love, love dancing and I also like to sing.

Q. You styled Anita Baker for the B.E.T. Awards: how was it working with her?
A. It was amazing they found me on Instagram, and they wanted me to design a custom look for her.
Q. What made you get into fashion?
A. It’s always been in me. I have been doing fashion since 4th grade. I came to Atlanta after high school and went to AIU to get my B.A. in marketing. I own Kontrol Magazine, and it’s a national fashion beauty lifestyle publication based out of Atlanta and sold nationally through Barnes and Nobles. I am also creating a show called blended love which basically talks about different people that come to love; rather they black or white showing the different love couples. It showcases love in a different light; it shows love in a different matter.
Q. Who was your biggest influence far as designing fashion. The person that made you say I want to do this.
A. The people that inspired me would be Kimora Simmons and Tyra Banks. Kimora has always been fabulous and fashionable. That really sparked home with me what she gave wasn’t a typical fashion she gave me everything I wanted and to see in fashion.
Q. What made you launch Kontrol Magazine?
A. I wanted to showcase my work as a Designer and showcase my friends’ work who have a hard time getting put on. I decided to create the magazine as a platform for us.

Q. Do you think fashion in New York is more advanced than here in the south?
A. Yes, fashion everywhere is more advanced than here. We don’t have fashion here in Atlanta. Fashion here is like a clone everyone wants to do the same thing everyone wants to look alike. No one wants to be different.
A. My name is LouCinda Burroughs named after my great grandmother. LouCinda means light.
Q. What are some things you are passionate about?
A. Modeling and fashion.
Q. Tell us some of your experiences in your career?
A. I started modeling in 2017 and am loving and enjoying my new career. I’ve done runway shows, fashion shoots, published in magazines and even made appearances in movies.
Q. What is one message you would like to share?
A. I’m a very humble and loving person who puts my all into everything that I do and always willing to help anyone to be the best they can be. I’m available for runway, print photo shoots, stage plays and any opportunity available to showcase and use my gifts and talents.
