    10 ways to live a happier life

    When you look at that title it is so many ways to live a happier life right. Some of the ways I believe are:

    1.Think Positive- Now this one for me is really big. I try to stay in a positive mindset. Sometimes I get taken out of character but I try to go back to that positive side. I also try to speak positively to others. I don’t want any negative energy.

    2. Do things that make you feel alive- Now for me that’s doing things I never did before going to new places and trying new things. It’s so much in the world you have never seen and done why not try different things. I am working on this. I even started a bucket list.

    3. Stay away from negative people- This is a big one. I try to do this all the time. Do not complain a lot to me, You can’t mess up my vibes because that’s how you want to see the world with a negative eye.

    4. Do something nice for others- You will always feel good and be happy when you help someone out the kindest of your heart.

    5. Meditate- This helps me to clear my mind and think positive thoughts. It helps me wind down and it also helps me sleep. It works for me.

    6. Giving Back-This works for me knowing that I am doing something in the community and not just living for just me. I love giving to the seniors, homeless and youth. I am trying to get more involved in these things. It makes me happy.

    7. Music- To me music makes people happy, It can get you in the mood to smile, dance, and get in a zone. You can never go wrong with putting on some good music to take your mind off things and groove.

    8. Fill your life with Love- Now who doesn’t love being loved. Someone giving you happy love, making you feel special and feel beautiful or handsome.

    9. Forgiveness- Forgive the people that hurt you. You want to forgive and get that off your chest and let it go. You will live a better life. Not to hold grudges and to be at peace.

    10. Vacations- I always go back to relaxing and clearing your mind. We all work hard and need a break from life, from people, and more. Getaway trips, Vacations are needed. To see the world. To relax and enjoy life. It’s a lot more to see in this world than where you stay.

    The key to having a productive week

    The key to having a productive week is to make an agenda. Think positive if you have a positive attitude and outlook good things will happen. Every Sunday I like to make my agenda so I will not forget all the things I need to do. Play my music and sit and plan. I like to do the hard things first so after lunch it can be more laid back.

    Start your day with a positive motivation speech to keep your mindset positive and feeling good. Everyday is a win. Once you wake up it’s time to go and enjoy. A quote I enjoy is “Rise Up Start Fresh See the Bright Opportunity in Each New Day”.

    With that being said I want you to have a productive week and be the best you can be. Agendas help you to be productive. Schedule, Plan and Execute.

    What does Self Care mean? When I look it up it says it is the practice of individuals looking after their own health using the knowledge and information available to them.

    With Self care you can do a lot of different things. Everyone does their self-care differently. For me I like to read and listen to motivational things. I like going to pamper myself by getting a manicure and pedicure. To be in a positive and peaceful mind works for me.

    In my opinion I do think everyone needs to take out that time to themselves sometimes. Have a day to relax and pamper yourself. Maybe go to the beach, listen to the waves, relax and take your mind off everything. Sometimes that helps me and then I come back and be ready. Life can get hard, and we need a break from life.

    I love this Quote by Oprah Winfrey “Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure”.

    Care Kit

    What is a care kit? It’s a parcel of food, money, or luxury items sent to a loved one who is away.

    They have a lot of packages out there. They have some for nails, motivation, food and more. I make some sometimes for different occasions for motivation. I do one for women’s day, Breast cancer month and sometimes other holidays. These can get you through life. Some self-care kits great ideas:

    1.       Candles

    2.       Books

    3.       Chocolate

    4.       Cards

    5.       Spa items

    Go for it. Do the thing you’ve been dreaming of, thinking about, or pinning over. Follow your intuition and not your fears. Stop talking yourself out of whatever you’ve been hoping for. You are as ready as you’ll ever be, and procrastinating won’t make you more ready later. Make the leap- Now

  • Create Circumstances

    Create Circumstances

    You will fall- yes you will. But get up. Each time, get back up. Look for circumstances that align with the life you want to live. If you can’t find them, create them. There is no one better suited to construct your dreams than you.

    Get to it.

    Most people are genuinely kindhearted and considerate. Always assume goodwill. When you allow your default to be positive intention, you will quickly notice that your perspective shifts to one of more positivity overall.

  • Scribble all over the page

    Scribble all over the page

    Don’t take yourself so seriously that you forget what it feels like to belly laugh so hard that you cry. Leave the bed unmade and go play. Paint, get messy. Go outside barefoot.  Sketch outside of the lines in the brightest colored pencils that you can find. Watch movies that make you happy. Get lost in a good novel. Be a bit less serious, and enjoy what you have.

    Find hope in healing. Whether you are healing from a broken heart or a broken spirit, there is always hope.

  • You Will Become Whole Once Again

    You will Become Whole Once Again

    Difficult times will come, but they will also pass. You will fall apart sometimes because you are human. When those times come, grieve, cry, and feel whatever you feel for as long as you need to. And whenever you’re ready, remind yourself that you will become whole once again. Because you will.
