  • Comparison Trap

    Comparison Trap

Comparison is a never ending trap of negativity. So don’t compare to others. For every thing that you don’t have, someone else has even less, For everything that you do have, there will also be those who have much more. You can never win at Comparison.

Instead of comparing yourself to others, be inspired by them. Use the successes of others to ignite your own possibilities, instead of using them to magnify your own shortcoming.

  • Allow your past to heal you

Allow your past to heal you

You’ve become who you are because of every experience you have ever endured- the trauma and the beauty. When you allow it to, your past creates empathy for the experiences of others and an overwhelming sense of possibility for yourself,  your past can heal you and prepare you for a more resilent future, but only if you give it permission to. You can consciously decide how heavy or light you will allow the weight of your past to be.

  • Proving yourself to everyone else is futile

Proving yourself to everyone else is futile

You are your greatest advocate, and the validation that you need most is your own. You are strong enough and good enough,  exactly as you are in this moment, to do whatever you chose to do. Even if others are well intentioned with their advice, only you know what is best for you. So stay true to your choices and trust in your strength. Find happiness in whichever way suits you. The people you are trying your hardest to impress are likely not your people. The ones who deserve your respect and attention are the ones who see you as you are and love you anyway.
