Fall Apart
Sometimes we have to fall apart in order to rebuild with a stronger foundation. It’s never too late to be who you want to be and live a life that you are proud of, even if that means beginning again. And you can always begin again.

Regret Doesn’t Serve You
Regret wont serve you as life passes you by. While you can , kiss more and love with all your heart, even if it may get broken. Forgive even when it hurts. Surrender and move on. Worry less. Travel more. Spend more time with the ones you adore and less time with the ones you don’t. Don’t work too hard. Make time for yourself. Above all else, live a life you’re proud of, and release all regrets.
6 Signs you’re Shifting levels of Consciousness
1. You want to spend a lot of time alone. You are no longer in “harmony” with your old life, friendships, or environments.
2. You feel a strong need to move house, quit a job, or move to a new place because your environment no longer “Feels Right”.
3. You begin to experience periods of “manifestation on demand”, miracles and super flow as you experience your new vibration.
4. The world around you feels different as if you’ve stepped into a new reality.
5. New opportunities, relationships and abundance turn up, seemingly out of nowhere.
6. You feel confused and uncertain but you know something incredible is coming.
Trying is not perfection
Try new things and be willing to fail. Dont worry about the end result just put in the effort. Let go of expectations: whatever happens is happening as it should. Challenge your own beliefs. Do the thing that feels difficult. The only way you’ll arrive at the magic is if you willingly travel a few challenging roads to get there.
An Exercise in Movement and Happiness
List 5 songs that make you widly happy. Do not judge what the songs are, simply write them down. Set aside 10 min a week and dance to them. Don’t worry about who might watch you. Move your hips and smile.
Give it a try, and notice how it makes you feel. It’s very difficult to dance and be miserable at the same time.
The power of Self-Compassion
Having compassion starts and ends with having compassion for all those unwanted parts of ourselves, all those imperfections that we don’t even want to look at. Compassion isn’t some kind of self- improvement project or ideal that we’re trying to live up to.
