A I am Rob Malloy, Father, entrepreneur, veteran and fitness coach. Oh, and I wear a lot of hats, like literally, I’ve stepped into fashion recently. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to help others reach their goals.
Q. Do you have any new projects or events coming this year?
A. I’m excited about this very moment and even excited about 2021. The luxury lifestyle brand or mantle is on the way. KVF will continue to help. Veterans and their families in even more innovative and creative ways. Stay connected at all times!
Q. If you could give any advice to someone that wants to be an entrepreneur what would it be?
A. If you can work hard, long hours, little sleep, sick and still get to your job and perform to get a raise and the end of the year. You can put in that same work to build your own Empire.
A. I’ve been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over twenty years and have used this practice as a way to uplift and evaluate the world around me.
Q. Who is your sports hero?
A. I love Serena Williams, dedication to her sport is an inspiration and it’s great that she’s been a trailblazer for and role model for all the women especially women of color.
Q. Can you tell us one of your favorite styles you most enjoy teaching?
A. I have heated power yoga that involves lots of movement. It’s great to be able to provide students a quality full body workout while also helping them heal their minds and bodies through the addition of heat.
A. My name is Josh Powell, 2x NBA Champion with the Los Angeles Lakers, Co-Captain for Big 3’s Killer 3s and co-creator of CheMinistry, a relationship platform. I’m also an entrepreneur, philanthropist and my all-time favorite, a father.
Q. Can you give some advice to someone who would want to play basketball?
A. My advice to anyone who wants to play professional basketball is consistency…Stay the course. Don’t compare yourself of your journey to anyone because that’s the quickest way to be deterred. Focus on your journey and remain steadfast to achieving your goal.
Q. If you could describe this year of basketball what would it be?
A. The NBA season during the pandemic was some of the best basketball I’ve seen this year. I think because of the pandemic and social distancing rules in place, the players only had one focus and that was basketball. Everyone was competing with a level of intensity at an all-time high. It was great to watch.
Q. Tell everyone who you are and where you’re from.
A. My name is Alize Thomas and I usually go by Zae or Zu. I’m at Angelo State, a Wide Receiver from Ft Worth Texas.
Q. If you could play for any team what team would you play for?
A. If I could play for any team, it would be just any team that believes in me and pushes me to be greater but hey, I do love the Dallas Cowboys I’m a die hard.
Q. Can you give inspiring words to someone who wants to be a football player?
A. If you want to play football just live and breathe it every day and believe even when it feels like there is nothing else to believe in.

A. Hi, my name is David Pindell former UConn Quarterback and I am from Columbia, Maryland
Q. What inspired you to be a football player?
A. I was inspired by Michael Vick, watching him play just gave me more and more motivation to go tryout for the sport because of how fun and entertaining he was to watch on TV.
Q. What aspects of football do you get most excited about?
A. The part I get excited about the most is learning the crowd chant and be entertained by my abilities also the competitiveness of athletes that it brings out in everyone.
