    Title: Life

    Life is what you make of it
    Sometimes its hard
    Sometimes its easy
    Most times its a grind
    That we got to make shine

    When I look at my life
    And all the things I been through
    I got to give God thanks
    For everything that he do

    I am not where I need to be
    But I am following the direction
    And building connections
    Climbing the ladder
    Following the signs
    Staying on the grind

    My life is at peace
    More with an open mind
    Following the word
    And being heard

    Ready for the next chapter
    And what it brings
    Ready for this life
    To be filled with
    Love and more money

    Title: Inspired by…..

    I like to talk about my grandmother
    And how she inspired me
    She loved to read books
    And was as sweet as can be

    I learned to stay positive
    And not let much get to me
    Because I was inspired by my grandmother
    I learned to always be me

    I don’t need extra to enjoy the time
    Smoking,  drinking, and cursing was unlady like in her mind

    Oh how I miss my grandmother today
    But I know she inspired me
    In each and every way

    She’s here in my heart
    And in my mind
    She inspired me to know
    No matter what
    I will be just fine
