  • 📚 Books, Candles & Birthday Vibes: Cece in the City

Hey fam! Wheweeee… can we talk about how long August was? 😅 So much going on, and I don’t know about y’all, but I am definitely hoping September brings in brighter vibes — especially since it’s my birthday month! 🥳💖 You already know I love celebrating September big.

Now, I know I haven’t been posting much about books lately (life has been lifing), but y’all know I’m a true bookworm. 📚 I just wrapped up Till Summer Do Us Part by Meghan Quinn, and listen — this one gets a solid 4/5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It had everything: hilarious moments, romance, and even a touch of therapy vibes. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for your next good read. 👉 Grab the book here.

Speaking of therapy vibes, have you been tuning into Candlelight Conversations with Cece? ✨ If not, what are you waiting for? We’re spreading love, light, and uplifting energy — and we could all use a little more of that right now. 💕

  • Night Time Routine

    Night Time Routine

    By: Cece Hymes

Some of my nighttime routines are to make sure the house is locked up before I go to bed. It’s better to be safe than sorry. We have a pet, so we make sure he goes out before bed. I also try to read in bed to wind down. A nice shower and relaxing music do the trick for me.

Here are some tips you can do to wine down:

    ·         Stretch, Breathe and Relax

    ·         Listen to Music

    ·         Meditation

    ·         A Good Book

    ·         A light snack or Bedtime Tea

Hope these things can help prepare you for a good night’s sleep. So, tell me what your routine is before bedtime.

  • Becoming Fearless

    Becoming Fearless- Advice and Tips

Is it a way to really become fearless in the world? I just wanted to share some advice and tips on becoming fearless. Hope it works for you like it worked for me.

    1.       Not afraid to be afraid of anything

    2.       To explore the origin of fear

    3.       Focus on building confidence

    4.       Make time to nurture yourself

    5.       Build a positive Community

For me I learn to not be afraid and take a chance. I learned to say yes to myself and just do it. Once I believed and proved to myself, I can do it. I stopped being fearful. I turned that fear into fearlessness.

Now I share with others that they can do it and to say yes. Positive books have helped me in so many ways to become fearless in this world. Great things are coming, and you can do this. If you need help you can always join Cece Challenges or just reach out to me.
