Communicate from that place in the center of your heart. Share your truth; you deserve to be heard. Apeak honestly, and fearlessly share the dreams, stories, and words that may have been locked away.
Scribble all over the page
Don’t take yourself so seriously that you forget what it feels like to belly laugh so hard that you cry. Leave the bed unmade and go play. Paint, get messy. Go outside barefoot. Sketch outside of the lines in the brightest colored pencils that you can find. Watch movies that make you happy. Get lost in a good novel. Be a bit less serious, and enjoy what you have.
Having the ability to breathe is what gives us life. And because breathing seems so natural for many of us, we forget the power our breath has. Take deep breaths often. When you find yourself anxious, angry, or simply deflated, try this breathing technique to bring yourself back to a place of calm
The power of Self-Talk
The most important conversations you will ever have are the ones you have internally. What you say to yourself becomes your truth.
Praise yourself often and share your successes with others. Speak about yourself with patience, forgiveness, and love. Humility and pride are not at odds with each other; you can be humble and still be proud of your accomplishments.
Be kind with your words to yourself, because they are incredibly powerful.
