    Q. Where are you from and what brought you to Atlanta?

    A. I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. I relocated to Atlanta GA to attend Morehouse College. Throughout my matriculation, I immediately realized Atlanta was on the fast track to becoming the New Hollywood. I definitely desired to be involved in that transition. Therefore, I learned the ins and outs of the entertainment business.

    Q. What have you been working on these days?

    A. Today I run a full-service in-house media and production company that takes care of our client’s needs from conception to reality. We also produce educational workshops, panels, and networking events. If anyone is in search of speaking engagements, our platforms secure the job, marketing masters or beauty and the boss may be a perfect fit. The who’s may be a perfect fit. The who’s who of entertainment have graced our platforms.

    My latest endeavor is creating my own content. Clench Magazine launches this Fall. In addition to this, I have written several films and stage plays. My first Union film, “Brother’s Grim” is currently in post-production.

    Q. How did being a student in the area prepare you for what you are doing now?

    A. I am fortunate to have attended an HBCU. The brotherhood and camaraderie are unparalleled. I’ve learned so much about myself and how to effectively work with others, The connections you made as a student are the ones you hold on to as a professional. My friends I used to eat lunch with are now doctors, lawyers, accountants and more. Having these connections makes my job easier.

    A. My name is Brook Evans and I live for Jesus Christ.

    Q. What are some things you are passionate about?

    A. Modeling, fitness, and my family.

    A. Playing basketball and practicing Muay Thai martial arts.

    Q. When did you start Modeling?

    A. I have been modeling officially for over a year now, but the world has been a runway in my mind since birth.

    Q. Who inspired you?

    A. It was not a person that inspired what honestly it was the fact that I was doubted that inspired me.

    Q. Why did you want to model?

    A. The reason behind me wanting to model was because when I was growing up in a rough part of Washington D.C. I wasn’t always viewed as beautiful, yet alone I would have never seen myself as a model. I had really low self esteem and I would get picked on because my butt was too big or the gap I had in my teeth. I become a model to show other girls out there they can do it no matter what anyone thinks. Our creator made us all perfect and the sooner we embrace made us all perfect and the sooner we embrace that the greater we will feel about ourselves.

    Q. What inspiration words would you give to someone who wants to get into modeling?

    A. I would tell them patience and dedication. Modeling is so much more than pretty pictures and nice makeup. It is a lot of hard work. It takes a lot of practice and discipline. Also, there are a lot of manipulators and creeps out there that are going to try to exploit you and you have to know how to say no. Majority of the time if it sounds too good it is because nothing in the industry is handed to you.
