Shelly- Ann- Fraser Pryce is a Jamaican track and field sprinter. She made history. She became the first Caribbean woman to win the 100-metre title, at the Beijing 2008 Olympics. She created more history at the 2013 World Championship in Moscow, Russia, winning the 100m, 200m and 4x100m events, becoming the first woman to complete the triple in a single world championship.

Did you know that she was also appointed the first National Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF Jamaica. She is an inspiration and definitely a sports icon.

We got to give her flowers today for believing and inspiring others all around the world. She is focused. Back in the day women were never allowed to compete in the Olympics but times have changed. Never give up on your dreams.
