    Interview with Vincent Ingala

    By: Where It Begins

    Q. Tell everyone who you are and what you do?

    A. My pleasure! My name is Vincent Ingala, and I am an urban jazz multi instrumentalist. I enjoy producing music in the studio and going on the road to perform and entertain.

    Q. What made you want to pursue a career in Jazz?

    A. I have been surrounded by music and have been playing music since as far back as I can remember. I was playing on the local scene all through high school and paying dues. Overtime, things started to progress on a more national level where I would get requests for appearances at jazz festivals all over the country, and things then progressed from there. It was a slow gradual process that took time, but my strong passion for music made it easy to enjoy each step of the process.

    Q. Let’s talk about “Fire & Desire” and the motivation behind the album?

    A. This album was recorded in 2020, when most musicians had nothing but time to create and write music since touring was not possible. As a result, I was able to pour all of my time and energy into this project without any distractions and bring some fresh new creations and ideas to life.

    Interview with Raheem Holt

    By: Where It Begins

    Q. Tell everyone who you are and what you do?

    A. Well, I am Raheem Holt from Pulaski, Tennessee. It’s a very small town where we have about 3 red lights and before you know it, you’ll be in another city. I am a multi-talented man, but I’ll say I’m a comedian first, then an actor, host, writer and currently working towards being a producer as I do a little part-time work behind the scenes.

    Q. What made you want to be a comedian?

    A. As a child, I always made funny videos that would make everyone laugh. I would get so excited to make my family and friends laugh through the stories I told and just be myself. It wasn’t until later that I found out it was an actual gift of mine and there was a name for it. Looking back on the videos I made, I realized I had been a comedian the entire time.

    Q. Tell us one fun fact about yourself?

    A. A fun fact about me is before every performance I stretch and play video games. That’s my warmup. I can play video games for 20 hours nonstop and not get tired.
