    A. Stephanie McSwine is a divorced mother of 3 and the owner and founder of “Muscle Mom Lifestyle”. Stephanie provides “Get Fit” parties, motivational speeches and personal fitness training for women of all ages in the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area. She started her business with the sole purpose to motivate, inspire and encourage others to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Stephanie participated in a fitness blog called “The Face of Fit” in 2013. This blog featured pictures of several women who started their fitness journey at different ages which gave Stephanie another outlet to share her story and encourage women on another platform.

    Q. What is one of your greatest experiences?

    A. During my journey I made some huge leaps of faith creating a women’s empowerment group on Facebook, starting my online boutique store, becoming a vendor at fashion shows, my store being featured in fashion shows and becoming a personal stylist. I also had my ups and downs are part of any journey like making decisions that deep down inside you don’t want to make but have too.

    Q. What advice can you give other people who want to be fit?

    A. Invest in yourself like you invest in others. We women give 100% to our exes’ careers, people and our families. We are blessed with only one body and our bodies are our temples. A temple is a holy sanctuary, when you think of a temple you connect it to God our creator. God blessed us with one temple so we should honor and protect it from harm. How do we give thanks to God for creating us? By doing the necessary things to make sure we are in the best condition possible.
